Too old to start Skateboarding (mid-20s) and on top of that too clumsy, and I am way too heavyset even if I am losing weight. I am doing sports that suit my body type more like wrestling-based stuff.
Still, I will say that I definitely respect the fuck out of skateboarders though.

Plus it's so played out it's about as cool as yo-yo now. If you skate people automatically assume you're an edgt faggot and lots of them are antifa queers.

Anon, I weigh roughly 114kg, that's not ideal for a skater.
Plus almost everyone I've talked to about it strongly recommended skating for me, but if that's not true, then I'd be gladly willing to start.

my wheels fell off and I haven't gotten new trucks yet and also I can't do a kickflip because I only skate with my boots because I don't own sneakers

Well this guy looks WAY bigger than me, so if he's able to do it, then it should be good for me.
Then sure thing. I guess it won't be an issue to start then. >Just don't snap your legs big boys
Good thing I've been working on stronger legs for Judo, then.
Alright. I guess I can get started then. Anything I need to know before getting started?

Are you able to run out of things? Like you have some speed jump off, can you run out of that and not die? If so you'll be fine. >need to know
Just learn to roll, bend your knees, keep balanced etc. Go at your pace, I think pump tracks are great for beginners.

Thanks for the advice. I'll get started as soon as I can, good thing I am doing Judo too, since Judo has taught me to breakfall really well, I can't do a safety roll perfectly just yet, but otherwise it's been smooth sailing.

Cause I know retards that lost their jobs due to inability to work cause of injuries gotten skateboarding. Seriously think about it. Unless you're essential to your place of employment, if you tell them "sorry I'll can't do what you hired me for for 6-8weeks or maybe more cause I decided to FAFO with a skateboard" they're just going to replace your dumb ass. The chance of serious incapacitating injury is so much higher than alot of other extreme sports.

I'd bring my skateboard to work and was known as the guy who'd get shit from building to building real fuckin fast, when I did smash my toe and called off for a few days they were cool about it
