It's fundamental thing every artist is supposed to learn when they start drawing people. As far as I know. I guess people without formal basic training might not know about it.
Girls always have shorter width at the shoulders than the hips. Men are the other way around (broad shoulders as they say). Men have the V shape going on. Only only really see something close to the V shape in women that are gymnasts and sometimes swimmers. But even they have the same shoulder to hip ratio. It's just diminished.
The hands I can forgive because a lot of people don't know about that. But in men the ring finger is always longer than the index finger unless there was a major birth defect. Men's hands are also bigger as a whole and their fingers are longer. Girls are have dainty little hands.
Anyway those are the two main things that set them apart. Tits, ass, face shape, tummy is all secondary to the above. Without the proper hip to shoulder ratio it will look off every time.
