This may be less popular than my other suggestions, but I also think Nakamura should largely ditch the insistence on 1 on 1 intimacy (as in the flirty daily life chapters.) Group hugs and the kissing rotation are also lame. The best move is to develop compatible pairs of gfs that can share intimacy with Rentarou together. That's also better for the sake of fanservice. The vast majority of people reading a manga about a massive harem want at least to imagine some threesomes. There should be more pairs that function like Hakari and Karane in the very early manga chapters.
