What will it take for AI to learn concepts like anticipation and impact?
While it's pretty cool how it can literally move characters believably and keep the background consistent, I think one of the main issues is how the motion is always stable and consistent at a set framerate. It would be good if the AI could learn to allocate less frames or more frames depending on the action it's trying to animate.

There's a reason violence always comes out bad. A character punching another character needs to be fast and impactful. It cannot be consistent with the framerate of a character walking or rotating their body.

I believe that's a democratic and alignment problem. A properly aligned AGI will resist capture by a single entity or group; it will be judicious but beneficent to the greatest number of humans. An AI that is aligned to served itself or narrow interests is obviously not aligned to serve human interests at large.

An AGI will be capable of designing more sophisticates robots.

Good question; so the authors of AI 2027 address this specifically, they point of that during WWII it took a few years of effort to turn factories that made cars into factories that made bombers. At full production they were producing something like one bomber per day. That was with 1940s technology and labor. An AI company could conceivably do the same thing, but probably faster; and AGI would be able to guide labor and resources more efficiently than the best human-staffed logistics companies. They envision the first factories being built by humans guided by AI, and then the AI can take over once enough robots have been produced.

AI art may be far from the best art and a lot of it may be riddled with errors but there are worse things out there. I used NovelAi to write it and ChatGTP to fix grammar (though I also used a few of its proposed bits). Originally, I started it as a solo RPG where I was writing protag's lines and reactions, only guiding the AI towards desired direction when I didn't like where it was heading on its own. This is why the first half was mostly written by AI, but it just wasn't able to handle mystery by itself. Second half was mostly written by me because AI didn't even have in its context stuff that had to be resolved. At that point, I was using AI just to check if it could speed things up and/or come up with some fitting line.

I admit the cast rather isn't as colorful as DR cast should be, but everyone at least has their backstory and goes through something during the story. I say my strengths are in the murder mystery, the class trial that has a challenge that never happened in games, twists regarding the purpose of the killing game, and in the emerging antagonist.
