What got the author in trouble was not the content of the one-shot, but that he ended it with a page depicting the back of the Emperor's head in a pose that came from a famous photograph. Originally, the panel was cut out when the one-shot was first published and only included in a much later re-release. The main reason was allegedly fear someone would have attacked the publisher's office over it.
