I'll humor you
Genesis is the INVERSE of every pagan Creation mythos.
Every pagan myth tells you that the world was born out of chaos and conflict. There were giants, tyrant gods, beasts, once but gods came and conquered them
Mankind was born from the rubble of the chaos.
We were never planned, just tolerated because they like our sacrifices
Genesis pokes fun at it and tells you the opposite -everything was "God saw that it was good". Everything was born out of love and order, and humans were decieved into corrupting God's gift for us
And this is just the tip
Remember the serpent?
The serpent נָחָשׁ (Nāḥāš) in the garden actually has 3 meanings
As a noun, it means snake
As a verb, it means shining
As an adj, it means divinator
Lucifer is the greatest of all the angels. He was meant to be the herald of God's might. Thus, it is clear why he is shining and a divinator
He was also depicted as a snake because, during this time, the snake is seen as the symbol of divinity. The Akkadians, Egyptians, Hittites, etc, all uphold the snake as the icon of immortality and divine grace
But the Bible tells you the opposite - the snake is the devil
Right from the very start, up to the very end, the Bible stands as a counter-culture to the common pagan ideologies
As if it were fighting against the world and its deceptions
