I would like examples to research.
I’m thinking of doing so since that would still allow a SoL atmosphere in home while simultaneously letting people fight monsters. Setting up a scenario people live in a walled haven of sorts but otherwise reasonably stable due to mana stones and monster parts. So the MC could make money via streaming or some part-time jobs chilling out with his horny family in between the actual missions exploring the outside world with monsters.

I’m actually planning to use it as a plot point that sufficiently advanced magic is indistinguishable from technology. Basically it’s all different levels of magitek that need specific monster parts and mana to work. Rather than hard drive some sort of packaged brain, screens made of crystal and cameras made of portions of eyes etc. Super advanced computers would be made of rarer parts and more delicate craftsmanship and circuits using complicated spells, but it wouldn’t be different from our stuff.

One of the main issues with hero summoning isekai is that most don't question the fact they are used as a war asset and if the ones calling them are really the good guys.
Some do, but it horribly used.

Evasion usually has hard limits and while full damage nullification is achievable 100% evasion usually is not, especially not with AOE being involved.
