A gun must still legally be, in many states, transferred through an FFL and the recipient has to pass an FBI NICS check. You'd have to find a seller in a state without this requirement and then not get caught with it by the wrong police officer.
Frankly if you're this hungup on getting a gun, you wouldn't do it if you had one. Guns aren't instant death or even sure death. A cousin of mine survived a shotgun to the head and he's just half veggie now since it blew out the front of his brain, one eye and a bunch of his sinus cavity. I know another guy who laid on the train tracks on the port dock road and he lost his legs but didn't die. Just figure your shit out.

That doesn't happen. Those sites banned weapon sales a long time ago. I couldn't even sell some old kitchen knives on FB Marketplace because it was automatically flagged as "weapons." That's also a dumb idea because the post, messages, and plans for final sale (to you, a non-citizen) would be cataloged.
Some gunowner forums still have private sales pages, but they're limited and they wouldn't sell you it. Once your corpse and the gun was found they'd trace it back to the original owner and find out you were a non-citizen. Then they'd be fucked.
