How do I lock in

>had exam

>dont do exam
>time to re do it
>have to study but don't

>haven't opened the books
I am such a disappointment to my family I haven't taken an exam in 1yr. The only thing I seem capable of doing is going to the gym and watching movies. My gf has surpassed me, I fucked up some bureaucracy for uni, I can't even read anymore, I'm so heavily sedated I can't feel anything and yet I can't sleep. I just want to crash and die but I can't.

I don't want sympathy I just want advice, tips and tricks.
Btw I did study a bit after my fathers death but not enough to be considered in my opinion.

Don't worry, it's normal. My girlflriend in university studied less than me and got the best grades in the class, it's all about talent anyway, no reason to be sad about losing in a rigged game.

Nah my gf is both smarter and more disciplined than me. She is great when I finally opened up to her about it today she helped me study a bit, which was nice of her.

That being said I don't need to start from the beginning, I am at a good point but if I dont lock in I will have wasted the whole year doing almost nothing.

i would advise you to start giving mock tests just jump straight into it. Analysis of the tests will help you determine where you lack exactly

Once you know the topics just memorise the formula learn how to use it. If the exam is theoretical try to use chatgpt to get a summary of every topic and make up your own shit based on it you Obv cant ace the exam just try to score decent. Get ready for all nighters.
