I got it on my face, chest, back and neck all around.
I cleaned my sheets.
I tried OTC sprays and the proscribed cream doctor gave me (it was clotrimazole with steroid, I forgot the name of the steroid ingredient)
I'm gonna go see the doctor July 18th.
What do I do? Should I ask for my appointment to be sooner because it's spreading? Should I use a different cream (if so, what?). Are sprays bad? I'm using CVS sprays, I got tricked into buying homeopathic soap (how the fuck was I supposed to do know that CVS would sell bullshit anti-fungal medicine)?
It's really getting to me. I can't do BJJ, I can't swim, I can't hug people, and all my gains are offset by my ugly mug.

Ringworm is a persistent infection and it can't be treated with over the counter creams and shampoos.
You need oral antifungals and to follow a treatment for it's full duration to be rid of ringworm.
Be aware that there are other skin conditions that look like ringworm, like sebderm and psoriasis.
You said it's all over your body and spreading, so it's likely a fungal infection like ringworm.

It's called psoriasis and it is an auto-immune condition that has nothing to do with worms or microbes of any sort. It is not infectious so no need to worry about infecting people. It is strongly affected by your mental state and "stress" is one of the things that can cause it to flare up. My recommendation would be to get yourself into a better place, figuratively speaking: remove chronic sources of worry, and also (something that works well for some people) engage in scary types of eustress (good stress) such as rally car racing, sky-diving, cross-country, or (heaven forbid in this place) daygame.

One last point: Most doctors diagnose it by sight and then prescribe some ineffective treatment like anti-fungal cream. you will only get an accurate diagnosis when he takes a sample and has it tested by a pathology lab. If the test comes back negative (no infection) then it's psoriasis (lymphocytes attacking the skin).

Ignore this retard. Ringworm has nothing to do with worms. It's a fungal infection. Please for the love of Christ do not rub fucking turpentine on your skin.

Did you get a new cat or something, or did you catch it from a hooker?
