I got it on my face, chest, back and neck all around.

I tried OTC sprays and the proscribed cream doctor gave me (it was clotrimazole with steroid, I forgot the name of the steroid ingredient)
I'm gonna go see the doctor July 18th.
What do I do? Should I ask for my appointment to be sooner because it's spreading? Should I use a different cream (if so, what?). Are sprays bad? I'm using CVS sprays, I got tricked into buying homeopathic soap (how the fuck was I supposed to do know that CVS would sell bullshit anti-fungal medicine)?
