I know it's bad for the soul, but does it make me lame? I'm trying to get a job and I just finished high school, but for a very long, long time I was a neet. A long time ago this site taught me that being a neet wasn't that bad. I think it was a major factor for me having any self confidence what so ever. I will never escape my past. It will always make me less desirable in the dating market and less loveable to anyone else, but are they right?

How can you have been a NEET for a "long long time" yet have just finished high-school? Are you fucking retarded?
That's a rhetorical question, don't answer it.

Yeah retard, but your PAST isn't very fucking LONG because you were and still are a child, and you couldn't have been a NEET (Not in Education Employment or Training) because as a child you were legally obligated to be in education. You can't have been a NEET for a "long long time" because you've been in school up till a very short time ago. You fucking newfag mongoloid

Unless high school isn't mandatory in OP's country, or he dropped out, and then went back to school to get his high school diploma/something equivalent as an adult.

Most people retarded enough to drop out mention getting the GED, not "recently graduated high-school". Nah, OP is a child LARPing as a NEET for the most pointless thing of all: approval of internet strangers on an incel forum. He's more cringe than actual NEETs for trying to pretend to be one.

The past matters not except how it effects the present. In this case making the change is most important. I hope this takes you where you want to be.

I dropped out and went back about years later. I took online classes instead of getting a GED.

I won't read yet another "is it normal" thread posted by yet another subhuman, formulaic, parasitic retard.
