Just need to vent.
I was starting to feel depressed at my job due to the my jealous female manager that would get angry every time my co worker initiated a conversation with me.
He's a white guy, and my manager is also white, but an older woman.
She doesn't like him talking to me, and watches us on camera, follows me around the store etc acting really creepy.
He doesn't really talk to the other girls, so i know that he has a crush on me.
I can't help it when he comes over to chat, and i also didn't want to look like an asshole by ignoring him.
However, i still am able to focus on my work as we're having a conversation.

The problem is that ny manager kept calling me into HR and said im the one being distracted from my work when this isn't true. She's taking out her anger on me and not addressing my colleague. He even showed up to work one day, visibly high from weed, and said nothing to him about it.
I had to quit cause it was a toxic environment.

Im so sick of dealing with this petty, jealous, behavior from women. It's always from the fat white women or old ones.
I've also went through hell in school, from girls spreading rumors about me cause they hated the fact that white guys gave me attention.
I don't know how some people can deal with being in an interracial relationship or in this case, even friendships.

I talk to some of my male coworkers and managers about video games...which annoys the women in my department.

My team lead (young female) warned me once about having non-work discussions is distracting me and affecting my work. That she was going to report me to HR if it becomes a problem. However, my male manager says that it's ok to discuss video games as long as i get my work done.

Yet this week I got called into HR for a bunch of B.S accusations of me being unprofessional, violating workplace conduct, and not doing my work properly.

Glad that you got out that toxic environment. I think I'm going to do the same.

I've learned that this really stems from a deeply rooted sense of insecurity. It's not something you can change for them. What they need to realize is that there's always going to be someone prettier, younger, smarter, etc. So the best thing to do is to make the most of their talents and be the best version of themselves as possible.
