i just doomscroll on 4chan all day and it's really fucking with my mind. im consuming all of western culture and giving my opinions on westerns but i have realized that this is literally schizophrenia. im totally cut off from my environment and people around me. i don't know what's going on in my country. at least you anons are consuming western culture and engaging with western shit.

problem is there are no places like 4chan on the internet in my country. and i can't stand plebbit. im pretty sure that i'll get banned the first day. but the problem is that every the normalfags in my counutry are posting fucking wojaks and doomer memes. whole internet has been globo'd beyond belief. what i should do?

how i can change this split? should i stop posting on 4chan/english internet? is this healthy?
