There's a cute girl who works at the register at a fast casual restaurant near me that I frequent. She seems really pleasant and nice, about my age. I want to get to know her better and maybe date her.
How do I go about this? Assume I'm an alien who just landed on Earth and knows nothing about dating. I'm 22 and she looks a few years younger than me if that matters.
Dating is just so much harder outside of school
