At work or school. If you don't do either of those things maybe try doing one of those things. If you get along with someone invite them to do something outside of work/class.

It's a waste of time. Most people just think you're this god awful retard whom will snitch on them if they got cocaine and pot around, so they cancel you out of everything, especially if you are someone people deem too retarded to lie to authority to get them to back off of your friends pot and cocaine. What usually ends up happening because you don't have this is you live your life working min wage or as a NEET stuck in a home like Chris Chan a complete and utter joke to every black person in the world because you're a dick sucker who can't be a man like people who lie their way to police. I’m struggling with the same thing too! A lot of people told me that maybe you could sort your interests and join clubs to meet new people. Or you could get online friends in the mean time on video games :D
