Have you told her she’s endangering her family by doing this? You could walk her through setting up a sock puppet account if she’s dead set on trolling, and teaching her the ways of the fishermen of tears, (it’s a fishing term actually not about trolls under a bridge) and if she says no just go into her router and block facebooks IP range and then put a parental lock on the app on her phone. Easy peasy.
