Snacking
Can I get some advice on how to stop snacking when I'm relaxing at home? Whenever I'm bored or too tired I snack on unhealthy shit to satiate myself. For example I game for an hour and afterwards I feel drain and immediately go in the kitchen and make something to eat.

Snacking is okay if you eat veggies or snack on multiple glasses of water. Start by snacking one less time per day until you can snack less two times per day, and so on.
I was sick of getting monsters and chips or cookies on my ten minute lunch breaks. Thank god for my mother, as I told her I was tired of eating like shit for my snacks. She bought fresh fruit, carrot sticks, chopped up finger sized red peppers, chopped up cucumbers for me, and bought nuts with only 1 or 2 ingredients.
Speaking of ingredients, find a snack you love that has the last amount of ingredients possible. This is how you stop poisoning yourself. I am 32 and have struggled with this my whole life. be patient with yourself bro.

I stopped buying pub mix and chips and bought precut carrots and celery, unsalted nuts and granola bars. It helped a lot.

make healthy stuff pre prepped. you want to remove friction to the healthy stuff and add friction to the unhealthy stuff. So remove all junk food from house if you want it go walk to store to get it. prep apple slices in fridge or carrots. make them tast good use low cal sauces like ranch or chocolate. you can plan your snacks too but juggling around your calories.
