Ever since I started getting /fit/, I put myself on a high protein diet. Ever since I put myself on a high protein diet (which means reduced carbs and fat), I noticed I don't get as hungry as quickly as when I ate junk food and thus shitloads of carbs. Is this a common thing?

Can I get some advice on how to stop snacking when I'm relaxing at home? Whenever I'm bored or too tired I snack on unhealthy shit to satiate myself. For example I game for an hour and afterwards I feel drain and immediately go in the kitchen and make something to eat.
