Personally I'd shave off the hair. Im 20 and have never been in a relationship nor do I care to be in one.

Your mentality is 100% on you regardless of your circumstances. We can't always be our best but you're essentially just giving up. There's more to life than having a relationship and plenty of ugly people still manage to find one. You can literally do anything you want you think that you can't. Am I telling you that if you go on some dating apps or cold approach women that you'll get a girlfriend? If you feel old at 26 you're either insanely out of shape, have a piss poor diet, or have some kind of medical condition. You shouldn't even start feeling old until 40 and even then it should be very minimal.
