set an alarm. Your body clock will adjust over time.

go to bed now

Long term
>force yourself to sleep at set hours
>don't consume alcohol or nicotine
>eat at the same time every night
>avoid bright lights (including phone, TV etc.) 30+ minutes before going to sleep

Short term: fuck up your sleep schedule more and more until it goes full circle and is what other people consider normal again. Then keep it there by following the long term plan.

What drugs do you consume? Coffee/caffeine counts

Like the other anon said, you might just want to do an all nighter and go to bed at like 9pm tomorrow.

You'll have a bit of a sleep deficit that youll need to catch up on, but you wake up at noon. Reasonably you probably sleep like shit and have a sleep debt anyway.

melatonin idk why the fuck nobody here will mention it but just take 2-5 mg of melatonin 1 hour before you want to sleep, so take it at 10 (im assuming you want to sleep from 11-7) after a couple days of this you'll naturally adjust and feel tired at 10 pm anyways and wont need the melatonin. also getting coffee in the morning is probably not scientifically good but i like it for some reason it makes me lock back into a sleep schedule

not going to help you by monday but look up CBT-I and put it into practice. It'll suck for a while but it does work. Beyond that, cut out all caffeine, and ignore this anon >>33661128. If you want to try melatonin, take 0.3mg of it 7 hours before the time you want to fall asleep.

I don't even have a sleep schedule. Some days I sleep like 15 hours straight and then others I'll not sleep at all. Try being more like me. I'm flexible. I took a bunch of benadryl earlier to try and knock me out but it didn't work and now it's been several hours since and the sun's coming up and I'm still very energetic.

Stay up for a full day and crash at a normal time. You'll get your 8 hours and you'll hard reset your sleep schedule.
Take melatonin at night around an hour, hour and a half, before you want to sleep. Stay consistent. Don't sleep in on the weekends or stay up late then either.
Embrace the old man lifestyle of not going out or staying up past 9pm.
