KONTROL
I desire to reach a weight of ~45 kilograms because it would be aesthetic but I keep eating. I deliberately keep my fridge empty but I still go the store to buy food. I weigh ~53 or ~54 kilograms. The furthest down I got was 51 kilograms when I was in the army and I also dropped down to 51 kg after my wife abandoned me because I didn't eat much. But now I am back to 53-54 kg.
How do I control the appetite? The gnawing hunger.... it is ungood.
I am 169 cm in height.

Go to therapy because that's anorexia, it won't be aesthetic you'll look like a skeleton. Eat some food with protein and start going to the gym, if you understand that actually having muscle is aesthetic you could turn your thinking in healthier direction

It's not anorexia—my BMI is normal right now. However, visually speaking, there is too much fat around. I am... fat.

Start living on milk and potatoes nothing else. Youre hungre go boil some potatoes. Youre thirsty go drink milk. This is coincidentally also one of the healthiest diet regimens, you get everything you need. You can use salt too. If you're getting crazy sugar cravings just buy actual fruits.

Dont eat for entertainment but dont deny 5our body, if you undereat too much for 1 day youre gonna get irrestistible cravings by the end of the day or the next day and youre gonna buy bad processed foods full of extra calories and chemicals

Dude that's 100 pounds.
I'm 5'10" and I used to weight 128. You could count my ribs.
How tall are you? 5'2"?

I understand the potatoes, but why milk? Drinking water instead would eliminate all those calories.

You could live on just potatoes, or just milk, but your cravings would probably take over and you would buy stupid shit in the grocery store. A kilo of potatoes is only 750 calories so you would have to eat over 2 kilos each day even for an anorexia diet.

Btw a litre of 1% milk is 420 calories, and a litre of 3% milk is 640 calories. If you just ate potatoes you would get fat cravings, and some mineral ratios would be a bit off.

Anyways im trying to give you something that is satisfying and sustainable, something that wont not light up your brain like you've done crack and is easy to stick too. The goal is to satsify all nutritional needs and bodily cravings (because otherwise you're gonna binge) while at the same time being low calorie and non-addictive.

Sounds good, Anon. I'll try this out.
One more thing—I like eating meat. If I included some chicken, or perhaps tuna, it wouldn't be bad, would it? What about eggs?
Potatoes and milk would remain the staple, of course.

I would suggest lowest fat cuts of beef you can find. You could eat those things you suggested by they are higher calorie and less optimal nutritionally.

If you eat the low fat beef with just potatoes, salt, and drink milk it will be hard to overeat because its not a dopamine overload and all those foods are relatively low calorie, while still giving you all the macronutrients and micronutrients you need. Milk, even 3% milk, would be a lot harder to overconsume than for example butter or cheese. If you have a sweet tooth finish the meal with banana or orange, either of these contain about 100 calories each. It's harder to eat 5 bananas than 1 snickers bar.

All of this advice is assuming you tolerate these foods well, of course. If you find yourself craving a vegetable after a while you could add one of those as well, they are almost all very low calorie. But it's not required. Nutritionally speaking potato is pretty much a vegetable but with some starch (which you need some of)

I'll certainly go for the beef if I can find any at an affordable price.
Thanks for all the advice, Anon. I appreciate it.

>It's not anorexia—my BMI is normal right now.
(NTA) Those two things are almost unrelated. The belief that getting your BMI down to 15.5 is desirable or attractive means that you have an eating disorder. The fact that you have failed to achieve your goal is neither here nor there.

Btw if you do feel the need to binge then binge on those same foods. Stuff your face with fruit, milk, potatoes, low fat beef. You're body is gonna say its full before youre able to do any real damage. Because those foods are low calorie and most of them high fiber too. If you find yourself having uncontrollable cravings for fat/oil i would suggest drinking full fat milk, eating some higher fat cuts of preferably ruminant animals, or mct oil, or coconut oil if you tolerate it well. But it might slow your weight loss somewhat
