Does anyone know how to deal with grief?
I'm 23 and just lost my granma. I don't have any family left and I just can't make friends due to my autism no matter how much I try. I'm neet and the outside world seems so hostile. I just want to distract myself with my comic until I die but I'm not sure if that's mentally feasible.

You believe in God? I'm sorry if it sounds trite, but that is the only thing that has pulled me through it, believing that my grandma is in heaven watching over me and I'll be reunited when I die.

You’re going to have to quit being a faggot, OP. I know you can do it.

Yes, it does sound trite, it's not a practical solution. Take your medicine already.

My plan is if my family dies I'm gonna join a monestary.
Sorry to hear brother.

Grief is a very personal and individual thing. There are no rules, no "normal". Whatever your soul moves you to feel (and that includes "nothing") is right for you.

That said, if you have trouble coping, immerse yourself in the routines and trivia of ordinary life. It will distract you, and the more normal you behave, the more normal you'll begin to feel
