I'm going to the doctor tomorrow (I seldom leave the house due to multiple mental illnesses) and I need a medication that will completely and utterly DESTROY my libido. Simply put, I want to become asexual through the power of medical science.
Which lie do I have to tell the lab coat bearers in order to acquire this panacea? I don't mind side-effects, as long as it doesn't include gynecomastia.

Just look up medications that kill libido. SSRIs (used to treat depression) are pretty effective at that

Try saying that you have elevated libido to such a degree that it is impacting your ability to work and function.

I already take a few. They give you ED (which I don't mind) and delay the ejaculation, which makes for a hellish combo when you just have to do it. It once took me hours to coom, not because I wanted, but the meds did it. It was a nightmarish experience.

Destroying/damaging you libido permanently because of that is like gouging out your eyes because you want to take a break from gaming.
And no, even medication that temporarily shuts down your libido has a real chance of leaving lasting effects, which is why the hurdle is so crazy high to prescribing them.
There simply is no way to do what you want to do without potentially damaging your entire reproductive system.

Chemical castration is the most effective way. That being said, they almost certainly won't prescribe it to you unless you are a sex offender or a pedophile. It also can be somewhat expensive ($1000/month).
If you can't get that then get SSRIs.
I know you said you don't care about side-effects, but honestly if you are depressed about something related to your sexuality then you are just kicking the can down the road and you are going to be even more depressed in the future.

I don't care because I'll never reproduce anyways. As long as it doesn't affect the other organs, I'm fine with it. Not having libido would make the loneliness hurt less. I live on the Internet, so lusting for e-thots is a huge problem.

I am. Had to reschedule with the psychiatrist for tomorrow morning. Gotta try some new SSRIs + Xanax + anything else I can get. They told me to "just do it because everyone else does it," but I'll be super blunt this time. If I can't get help, it's time to get a new doctor.
