I made this hot sauce out of habaneros, serranos, and dried ghost peppers and Carolina reapers as well as a ton of garlic and onion, some salt, a carrot, black peppercorns, fresh thyme, and a mix of apple cider and white wine vinegars then left it to ferment for two weeks. I will be mixing a cuo of it with a bit of butter, a dash of garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and finely ground black pepper. The wings are going to be delicious. I'm also going to either make french fries or onion rings, I haven't decided which yet.
