My life has been nothing but hell since I turned 30. Should I just kill myself?

i always think "if i'm too scared to try any of those options, i don't deserve the right to suicide"

What comes after you've died? Peace and rest? If it's eternal then a handful of decades is nothing in comparison, you can handle going on longer.
And if it's painful when you're dead, why go into that quickly either?
And suppose that what you get is dependent on what you do here? You really think you're ready to go out now? To the place you'll be spending forever at?
And then if there's simply nothing at all, is pain really worse than not existing? You could you possibly judge?

As long as i can remember my life has been abysmal dogshit due to my social issues. I can't make friends even if I seriously want to. I'm just so fucking alone and can't take this shit anymore. I'm 19 so it might get better or it won't i dunno.

Study, exercise, healthy diet, church, signing up for charity work.... the list goes on, if you have the strength and the willpower. If all else fails you go for meds or become an alcoholic.

Third option is meth etc and utterly destroy your life. From what i've seen in movies and documentaries suicide would probably be preferable to that option.
