theres nowhere i can really apologize or retract crazy statements i made about betty since nobody reads this place anymore.

ty its incredibly hard to live with I'm finally getting steady treatment and finding the perfect stack to manage my symptoms. I just need to practice some CBT I'm still really unbalanced.

I've always given up taking my meds before 9 months at the most. So I've been to psychiatrists many times and diagnosed over and over, started treatments but then dropped them during really depressive low phases. I've done this like 4 times..

I'm definitely not doing that this time though, I'm going to keep taking everything and slowly improving my life for what its worth.
