I need legitimate sleeping pills again because I suffer from chronic insomnia, but because the new generation is so low disciplined and prone to substance abuse of all kinds media/drugs/alcohol/etc there is this really bad stigma now. This was not a problem years ago; however, this is all too embrassing and shameful now. Maybe this is gods divine protection to shield me from succuming to Goldsteins mind control pill.

why are you worrying about how other people look/what they think when it comes to doing what you like?
that's the part of this spineless cattle society that i hate.
it's ok to do what you like and everyone else can sit and spin.

i think OP was maybe implying it's harder to get your hands on the pills than it was in the past, because of that stigma
but yeah

Idk if they have it in Argentina but Ambien (Zolpidem) is GOATed beyond GOATed. It's practically a psychedelic, everything is breathing and you feel amazing and stress free if you manage to stay up on it and not flop asleep.

Some people have adverse reactions and sleepwalk and stuff on it so just watch yourself and report any bad effects to your doctor

Maybe he should exercise and seek out some more natural solutions that don't involve an unambiguous lifelong drug dependency.

anon i don't think he's looking for a recreational drug :/
i've seen people who take ambien regularly after 2-3 years, they seem a bit fucked
i know it's probably effective for sleep problems but idk

I don't take it nightly, let's put it that way

>>23550750
It's as effective as it comes for sleep problems, you can fall asleep from literally any stim on that stuff

do not take the pharmaceuticals, they fucked me up like crazy with the side effects, then they want to give you more meds to treat those side effects
at first the meds helped, but the 'cure' ended up being worse than the issue itself
have you tried to find something homeopathic (natural)?

>>23550737
>It's practically a psychedelic
maybe a good psilocybin mushroom trip or ayahuasca journey is what OP needs to awaken his mind in order to understand they underlying issues for their insomnia
do not take the pharmaceuticals
Anonymous (ID: szKymzmv) United States No.23550777 [Report]
psilocybin is not a fucking cure-all & it should be treated with more respect than it often is treated with
one of the less powerful psychedelics, thankfully, so normies aren't ruining their brains when it's recommended too liberally
should be careful though

Spoken like someone who's never had a heavy DXM trip before. The cognitive bliss from that alone overpowers the strongest opioid

i almost got arrested as a teen for stealing robitussin from a local market
>The cognitive bliss from that alone overpowers the strongest opioid
its a very dopey and sedating 'trip' with zero enlightenment
my recommendation is for actual psychedelics that can bring upon epiphanies and various forms of enlightening realizations
not to get wasted
do not take the pharmaceuticals

I think the Kanadian has a point. Although the muppet mouth is fairly abrasive.

>do not take the pharmaceuticals, they fucked me up like crazy with the side effects, then they want to give you more meds to treat those side effects

S'ppose you are, right. When I was given the sleeping pills, the doctor tried to get me on other meds and diagnosed me with other disorders. Looking back, i was given other stuff and i only took them to appease my father. I didnt want pops to worry about me anymore. Now, he is against them.

>have you tried to find something homeopathic (natural)?

Chamomile tea, melatonin, excersise and cbd oil. It helps for a while, but I keep waking up at night too many times. I scare people at night because i begin to restlessly pace back and forth.

Any idea?

Not true, especially if you were taking Triple C's, which are contaminated with a bunch of junk. Probably why it was """""sedating"""""

well you could try upping the intensity of exercise during the day
you could also try to find things to do instead of pacing restlessly, maybe? if there's anything which could replace that
reading maybe, idk

besides the standard, eat well (not a lot, but well), exercise some, and get sunlight...
not sure what the laws are like there but can you get cannabis edibles for night time?
lots of people use it just for sleep, not for recreation or getting high (even though it does that too)
its not 'addictive' in the sense your body comes to rely on it, and if you dont have it you become sick or incredibly unwell (like drugs or pills)
there is a possibility of you enjoying it and becoming a habit though
do you have any idea/thought as to why you have or what causes your insomnia?
even if you doubt its true?

>>23550832
i've done a lot of drugs, illegal, legal, and prescribed and there are plenty of other things that have DXM
getting wasted is not the answer to OP's problem, and dxm is not a long term solution either
Anonymous (ID: LIBLXbW8) United States No.23551202 [Report] >>23551448 >>23552143
>>23550860
I wasn't recommending DXM to OP, just defending it to the other guy. Ambien is an extremely strong sleep medication. The trippiness is a great side effect

Anyway OP if you don't want a scheduled drug, doxylamine does wonders. Half a tablet and you're out, a whole tablet if you've had a lot of caffeine that day

Like a good little weirdo, i was looking into my records and i was taking "trozadone" or something lilke that, i dont know if i spelled it right. i want to avoid anything related to benzo. i will see what non prescription stuff i can take tomorrow.

i hope you guys keep away from drugs. some of the scariest shit i have read online is always drug stories from internet strangers, even reading you guys talk about drugs sends chills to my spine.
Anonymous (ID: LIBLXbW8) United States No.23551615 [Report]
>>23551448
You just have to know your local laws, know the source for prescription stuff, and not trust street shit. It's not too scary. Most of the "scary stories" involve untraceable cartel shit that's been laced (which would be street stuff anyway), hard hard drugs like heroin etc, and gas station bootleg """""weed"""""

America doesn't have a drug problem, we have a stupid people problem

i def struggled with drugs for many years, but i've been sober now for quite a while ty ty
its part of the reason why they put me on meds and why i say dont take them
it took significant effort to kick it all of it out of my life, too much even
