breakfast was a bagel with some salmon cream cheese spread(homemade), and a large glass of whole milk
For lunch I had leftovers, which is what I almost always eat for lunch, that consisted of homemade tikka masala over rice cooked in tumeric and chicken, with bread cheese instead of paneer
also ate a piece of naan with butter and some sauteed spinach
I didn't have a pre-workout snack, which is unusual
Dinner was pasta "carbonara" but with pancetta instead of guanciale, and parmesan reggiano instead of pecorino, roasted brussel sprouts for a side vegetable
Also drank probably 120floz of water throughout the day
Tomorrow morning I am having a protein shake for breakfast, in which I put whey protein powder, whole milk, brone broth collagen powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, and cacao. I used to put this greens and mushroom mycelium product in my shakes but the company I bought that product from stopped carrying it
