Those aren't crispy on the whole man. Maybe a few tiny bits on the browner corners have some crisp or crunch but most of that is just gonna be cooked breast nuggets. Still good but not what you're selling it as.

I use 3-5 shakes from some ghost pepper sauce for 5 thighs.
Place them in your airfryer skin up, more seasoning salt and bleck pepper on top. 400f for 20 minutes. Shit's so juicy it spurts everywhere when I bite it. The skin gets super crispy as well.

Quick reminder, there is no such thing as "juicy" meat, only bloody and/or watery.
And if you remember the late chef Jean-Pierre, water is the enemy.
It doesn't taste any different, it just has this semi-raw texture to it and leaks water when you chew it.
