Thanks for all your support, anons. While I will not be up all night smoking 12 lbs of meat anymore for 3 people, because of your feedback I've decided to attend and grill. I'm going to be making chicken drumsticks. There's a lot of threads about cheap chicken cuts and how to cook them so I can cook along at the park and post with burgerbro. Plus, they're perfect to go along with other food. Since they're not so big, people could try one or two and still eat other stuff without getting full. I'll be tossing them in a few different sauces at the park as well as a dry rub so there are a few different options. I'll still bring an ice chest with water so no one gets dehydrated. Not sure if fishing is going to happen but if anyone wants to play a board game or something I'll have a few ready in the truck. I'm not athletic but if anyone has a football or Frisbee, I'd participate in some catch.
If someone really wants to fish I'll try to make it happen though since that's what was offered just try to let me know tonight so I can shop in the morning. Thanks for being so kind and encouraging everyone. Let's make this happen. Inb4 captain Arizona is fat.
