I can't vouch for what he ate. You've obviously got a good eye and I bow to your expert assessment. I've travelled business and first class. The food is good. Snacks and drinks as you want. Jus recently, the meal started off with assorted canapés. Then lobster tortelloni with clam and sweetcorn chowder. Followed by a fillet of beef with croquettes and veg, then cheese and biscuits, then some chocolate and hazelnut tart. Complimentary selection of chocolates with some very nice coffee after that
