If it wasn't hard you wouldn't need to put it in there. Fuck you and your "fren" shit, INCEL.

to melt it

I don't see how it's hard though, you just have to keep an eye on it

it boils on the inside and stays rock hard on the outside. it's the worst thing possible

that would only be a problem if you're trying to microwave a large amount of butter. if I'm melting butter in the microwave, it's just gonna be a little bit to use as a garnish. if you need to soften or melt a big amount like a whole stick, let it soften overnight or melt it in a saucepan over the stove.

The microwave is only good for making a cup of tea. I don't know why you would use it for anything else.

Need to melt butter? Do it in a saucepan
Need to toast bread? Use a toaster
Need to defrost something? Leave it overnight
Need to bake? Cook? Use the fucking oven
Need to heat leftovers? Use the oven or set up a bain marie (bowl on boiling water over the stove)

Arguably the ONLY situation where a microwave is better is heating up some tea or other beverage. But even this can be done on a stove. Mw only wins out due to convenience.

It is inferior at doing everytjing else.
I barely use mine.

once again /ck/ frog and weeb posters (they're the same, even though the weebs arent here) prove to be fundamentally retarded and unfit for modern society.

if you're cooking with butter, put it in the pan
if you're putting it on bread or a sandwich or something, cut off the amount you want, put it on a clean plate, and blast it in small increments (5 seconds, for example) until it softens up

its not fucking hard and i cant believe you felt it was worth making a thread about. next you faggots will start screeching about how hard it is to boil water. gen A is doomed
