I won over $2,000 in KFC gift cards. What is good to eat there? I never go.
And how can I maximize the value per dollar of this prize? I assume just buy nothing but buckets of chicken.

You can sell them cause $2000 of fast food gift card is a lot, and if you don't spend the money in a certain amount of time, they start deducting a fee every month. Unless it's some special promotion you've won. But if it's just a bunch of loose gift cards, I'd sell a few. You won't get 1:1 value, but I've seen $200 giftcards sell for about 150-180.

This, they will expire or dwindle out after a while so sell them or give out some to each of your friends and family for them to use/give out themselves.

Were basically in September. Next month is October, Halloween, November with Thanksgiving then Christmas in December.

>>21562311
Obviously not all of them. That's free food but gift cards have time limits.

Thanksgiving is so gay I wish it was just Halloween and then Christmas and November could just be purely prepping for Christmas. I will say though it's the only time of year I make cranberry sauce and that shit rules.

These are from KFC themselves and there's no expiration. No way in shit am I trying to sell them all off just for like 1 paycheck's worth of money. I'll take the free food all day.

My parents are in a rough spot right now so I've been planning since the day I won to let them use most of it. I already informed them. There isn't a kfc near my house or work but there's one close to them.

The most cost-efficient thing you can get aside from some occasional deals like a free 8pc with $15 purchase is the 2pc Taste of KFC deal which is two pieces of chicken, a side of mashed potatoes w/ gravy and a biscuit for $5.

As much as I like animal girls, I never got into Uma musume. Maybe it's the fact I grew up on a farm and horse people (and horses) are weird and retarded. I went to a restaurant collab with spice and wolf and that was fun but it's sad the stuff I like doesn't get really popular.

Thanksgiving is awesome. The food is great and spending time with family and loved ones but if you're the person who has to host it every year I could imagine why it wouldn't be a favorite lol.

That's great. So long as they're being properly put to use cause normal gift cards will start taking money out after a year + every month after.

Yeah it's a pain in the ass. My brother didn't even come last year so that sucked, he's fun to drink with haven't seen him in a while and he usually always comes back on thanksgiving and Christmas so maybe that's why I don't like it anymore.

I wish it wasn't turkey. Should be bison. We need to all eat more bison. Like get a big ol bison rib roast and cut it into ribeyes for everyone.

Does he have a girlfriend or wife? That tends to put a strain on holidays, having to decide which family they visit.

>>21562379
I've only ever tried bison once at some small diner and it sucked. It was a bison burger and the meat was dry as fuck. I'm sure a proper cut cooked right would've been delicious, but I got a hockey puck instead haha.

Sucks to hear but that's just how it is sometimes. I went through that myself. Not hosting, but family getting into relationships/marriage and not always seeing them during the holidays. It happens.

Gold Ship? Shit.
KFC? Also shit. Even in Japan. It's better than it is in the US due to superior ingredients and employees, but is it good fried chicken? No.

I remember back in high school you could feed a family of four for four dollars or 3.99 or some shit and that was 10 pieces of chicken, two pints of sides, one pint of gravy and like 4 rolls I think. When Colonel died except for maybe 4-5 exceptions I gave up on it too. Every time was just a disappointment.

Yeah, you need to mix beef fat into bison. Otherwise it's too lean. The flavor itself is distinct from beef and very good.

I don't know about that but I've been to Ted Turners restaurants and had sirloin amd ribeye bison and it was great. Also plenty of times in Vegas. Ground I have no idea.

I just went out of my way to go to the nearest KFC for lunch and to figure out the process of using my cards.
I think I prefer Popeye's which I go to regularly. If I had to pay, I'd go to Popeye's. But hell nothing can beat free food especially when I've been anxiously waiting for weeks for confirmation.
Maybe their actual chicken buckets are better since that's what they're known for. I just had chicken sandwich, nuggets + fries combo.

Literally the last time I've eaten KFC was in Japan. I thought it was weird how the cuts are different there but it was ok. Not worth being a Japanese Christmas tradition though.

All you "just sell the cards bro" morons are seriously missing the point. Obviously, if I'm not willing to sell the cards to truly squeeze out all possible monetary value then our financial situation is not that fucking dire and urgent, ok?
Secondly, KFC is not that bad of a value strictly concerning protein. We're not retarded, we won't spend a bunch of it on mac and cheese and potatoes. My dad obsesses over deals and value, he will be the main buyer. He needs a break from cooking at times.

Ultimately, it feels wrong for me to trade the prize for money. Shit feels gay. Like i said, I'd gain myself 1 free paycheck. I can live without.
