I don't get it either. the standard for content on this board is among the lowest on 4chan, and that's saying something. I don't understand what drives people to post their low effort slop like this is their personal blog. most of them don't even try to take decent photos, or provide a recipe, or literally anything that might make it half decent content to engage with. but if you point this out, people throw a shit fit, like we're just supposed to accept and even celebrate it. I've never seen another hobby forum that has so little pride in the hobby. it's depressing.
also, before anyone gets on my case, no I'm not out making restaurant quality dishes every night. I eat low effort slop sometimes too. there's nothing wrong with that. but I don't feel the need to plaster it on the internet. go back to r/shittyfoodporn, this board is filled with literal reddit content.
