It is hard to say, both characters are coming off of episodes where they lost.
We haven't seen Death Battle do comic book street tiers since Iron Fist vs Po(2021)/Batgirl vs Spider-Gwen(2020), so it is also hard to say how much wank they'll give Miles.
(You could argue that Ghost Rider and Spawn are typically street tier for a majority of their adventures, but they at least have enough instances of hyper powered moments to justify Death Battle inflation)

Hell, most romance mangakas have no fucking clue either since they’re either virgins or they have no clue how to write and pace romance. If we go with Canon gangplank he is a fairly normal athletic human with access to an insane amount of explosives + he has a "super form" empowered by the Ruined King (although I don't know if he can access this on his own)
