I think the sequel would have to be it’s own thing with no dave and karkat revival and probably also some new kids to beef out the session. At which point it would basically be it’s own thing. And I haven’t read whatever did get made of it

It's good that KGTAC got an ending that's sufficiently satisfying and completes its original intent as a love letter to the Homestuck community, but you could tell he wanted to do more and unfortunately just ended up burning out completely - dude even deleted his Discord account at some point between the cancellation announcement and now so if it weren't for his MSPFA account having a last-login of two days ago I could've been convinced he intended to cut ties with Homestuck altogether
Ultimately though, I'm just glad I got to be there for its actual run - a nice taste of update culture for someone who came in a bit too late for the real deal, and when all is said and done the adventure remains the first thing I recommend people curious about MSPFA
(Also this is the first time in like half a year I've checked MSPFA and VE's still top ongoing despite not being updated at all on MSPFA itself for several years, truly incredible)
