Viltrumites are weak to multiple types of high frequencies, sure, but realistically this is just the same cop out they used for Homelander to stand a chance against Nolan, literally no one in Invincible aside from 3 characters total uses this weakness against any viltrumite because it's not just an extremely well guarded secret within the GDA, it's also constantly stated to not work like a symbiote's high pitch weakness and that instead it requires the frequencies themselves to be extremely specific for the desired effect, realistically both Mark and Nolan would hear Steven and Pink respectively yelling their lungs out and they'd just brush it off while saying something like "Wow! That normally hurts like hell!".
I suppose they CAN probably blitz them since Red Rush is the only speedster that was shown fighting a viltrumite and he obviously would not compare to the likes of Pink and Steven, but aside from that, what does that leave them with? The same Eve-tier forcefields that viltrumites constantly shrug off? why's there an assumption that power consistency exist in Invincible but not in SU? It's not blatantly about combat like Invincible but there are scenes that henge on the fact that X is stronger than Y and usually Y must fuse with Z to become stronger so that implies some internal consistency when it comes to power scaling not to mention how heavily the series is based on Dragon Ball and One Piece it's hard to believe the creators don't internally at least subconsciously have a consistent power scale of these characters. If it was just one time where a character did something way above the status quo I'd see your point but characters consistently pull off mountain to continental feats that it's hard to just write it all off an unintended by the creator

Senator Armstrong's city-tier, and judging by the hypothetical shown in Absolute Batman #11, Absolute Bane can likely survive multiple car bombs going off. That's something at least.
The other absolute characters do open up some possibilites for having alternate versions of characters who are wanked to hell so that you can give them more even matchups. I'd love to see Absolute Wonder Woman or even Absolute Superman fight some opponents who are thematically appropriate for WW and Supes but don't match the multiversal tier shenanigans the mainline Justice League get up to.
