Honestly I had my own idea for the knight character as well.

Kinger is 48 I think they count the time they spent in the circus as their age. Ragatha is 30, has been in the circus for a while (implicitly the second oldest after Kinger) and she says that she worked in real estate for a bit before ending up in the circus. If she was 30 before joining the circus, she would already have a solid amount of time spent working in real estate (which I assume you can start working in at around 22-23 at the earliest), so she'd describe her job in a different way.

This character is the biggest writing failure of the show right now. I'm not even a Ragatha fan but she really struggles to work. Ragatha doesn't receive an arc about this or make a long term arc about her flaws and lack of acknowledgement. Pomni's entire deal is helping others too yet she doesn't even bother making sure Ragatha is okay, not even when she got gunned down and sprawled out by Jax at the start of the episode. And I'm supposed to root for these two? It's also why I can't buy into Ragapom as a ship nor a dynamic duo.

Not exactly an answer to the question, but if they're really going to only do 9 episodes, then I still think they should tell the whole story they want to tell, THEN license the IP to some other entity to make a separate more typically longer-running show.

The premise is such that it could easily sustain a way longer show than just 9 episodes; a longer-running AU version could have a bazillion different adventures, and have new mysteries and reveals instead of the original ones so that there's still stuff to theorize about, too.

It would be the best of all worlds; the creators tell the story they want to tell, they get a lot of money to make other productions that they want to make afterward, and fans get way more content for the IP. NOT doing that would be a huge missed opportunity.

I don't feel like the show is acknowledging enough about how purposeless she is. Especially when it's clear that Ragatha needs help at times but nobody makes sure she's okay like they do for each other. That's not delved into even after 6 episodes of the same shit. There's not a single instance where she's truly needed yet Episode 6 states that she'll still be needed. In fact, rather than Ragatha being on her own and trying to work things out, she immediately starts trying again to be there for Pomni. Maybe Episode 7 will prove me wrong but I'm disappointed about her dynamics and that there isn't a greater effort to dismantle Ragatha as a general character.

She can't change who she is. She is a literal ragdoll. Zooble tells Gangle to accept that part of herself. The same is true for Ragatha. I do hope characters start reaching out to her (Kinger did) but it's not a bad thing that she's always going to want to support others. The only problem here is that goose seems to imply that the way this main story ends leaves not much to expand further, which could mean 'everyone fucking dies' (doubtful) or 'we reach a true state of stagnation where it's impossible to move forward/grow and we cannot turn back either' (idk how that could go desu).

If glitch decided to make a prequel or something to explore the lives of characters long gone or whatever the deal with C&A is it would all be unsatisfying because depending on the end it would all amount to nothing. If they decided make a sequel or follow up there would have to be some retconning or stepping back from already established character developments we've seen so far. Also it does not help that the series so far seems to take place within the first week(s?) of Pomni arriving, there isn't much to explore in extra filler episodes taking place within that timeframe when the main plot is more appealing anyway.
Maybe there would be some small gag comics like the mange seems to do but otherwise I don't see much expansion once the show is over
