Yeah, basically. But with a different art style/more of a mixed media approach. Mad could satirize content that resonates with teenagers. Robot Chicken can do that, but honestly, I think it could be more difficult for them.
When Robot Chicken parodies all ages media, it has to be pretty relevant for the time. But Mad could parody something that Teens are likely to be reading in school right now, or a movie marketed to them that they've just seen with their friends.
Now, Mad and Robot Chicken can naturally go for BIG media properties like Mario, the Avatar movie and such, but I think there's a few things that would just be clear territory for both. There's more nuances involved, but I think that's out of the scope of this conversation.
