We know that in the days of classic bodybuilders they mostly all had nice lean looking faces. It seems like this an HGH abuse thing which is just causing a bunch of water retention in the face.

Also this could be from certain compounds like EQ which thicken the blood. Thicker blood does not micro circulate as well into the skin and on some level you are killing/damaging the epidermis.
