well yeah, and by yeah i mean exactly the reverse - when i stand sideways to mirror and look at my head level and posterior pelvic tilt my head goes down, and when anterior tilt head level goes up

u are supposed to have slight anterior pelvic tilt, "neutral" or worse posterior tilt is BAD

agreed bot with as much anterior tilt as u can muster with straight spine :D

thing is bot legs are attached forward with relation to spine so the more anterior pelvis u have - provided SI joint and spine (multifidus) can keep up - the better

2 inches bot, with enough posterior tilt and spine folding and maybe some knee bend 2 inches u can lose via bad posture, that rolled out of 15 hour drive oh my back, my neck my everything look
posterior pelvic tilt, no glute max and zero abs will get u there :D squats and deadlifts will get u there :D >>76481477

I have some apt but I dont understand this when they say it's because weak abs/glutes. Like we all here go to the gym I do abs multiple times a week I squat over 3 pl8 my abs and glutes are not weak.

squats don't do u any good, they literally atrophy glute max, if squat grew glute max weightlifters would walk with pictured

Squats give me major back pain if I'm not super mindful of my form and APT is definitely a big part of that.
