u remeber bot that i said u need to lean entire torso on elbow (sitting sideways on bench) and then hold dumbbell in isometric hold for bicpeps and maybe supinate and flex (yes flex as if u were showing off) biceps consciously to get beautiful full biceps with very pronouced long head?
because of course long head of biceps is trapped (shoulder tendon around biceps pulley area) under flexing delt holding humerus upright in all variants of regular curls preache included
well there's addendum (cause i did it yesterday xD):
don't hold the dumbbell, place it close to wrist on your palm and balance it with other hand there - switches offf forearm musculature (brachiradialis and grip muscles) and allows fuller biceps isolation
