I'm not saying that sex is overrated, it probably is alright, and I'm definitely not saying that starting a family with a loving wife and having many kids is overrated, it's most likely awesome. But I have severe autism, an avoidant personality and a self esteem that is completely and permanently tanked (let's just say that big mistakes were made during my formative years and early adulthood and I missed and/or failed at all the important developmental checkpoints). It hasn't even begun for me and now as I'm 2 years before my 50 it's safe to say it's over. But being jacked and lean, hitting the gym, running, swimming, biking, being active and athletic 7 days a week helps me relax and gives me joy. Call it cope, it may well be, but I don't care about women anymore and I'd rather not miss any of my training sessions or well prepared meals for women and drinking with normalfags
