Gymcelling is usually a cope for people who feel unsuccessful or stuck in life and need to feel like they're making progress in something.
Nothing wrong about exercising here and there, but it definitely shouldn't be your main source of self-worth.
Guys here and in the fitness-sphere will LARP like they're some super-disciplined stoic manly man for going to the gym 3x per week.
This isn't really like a huge commitment that requires massive discipline and determination, it's basically a hobby.
Stuff like having a career or running a business requires 10x more discipline than this, and they don't go around telling people how much better they are than others.
