The hard part is adjusting to be alone again, however once you do I usually find myself getting peak esthetics, cause without the distraction you go from 4-5 days a week of lifting to 5-6. Then you'll be juicy fucking bitches, pissing with the door open, watching whatever the fuck you want. Bro wdym meal. You eat fats in the morning and slightly as you go or as is nice like butter/vegetables. Protein you load and keep high. Carbs you do similar to protein but way overeat before lifting to be able to go heavier for longer. Micros with fats aka vegetables/butter/evoo. Fruity drinks etc with meats etc.

How do you cook a weeks worth of meals and have the food stay good past 1 day?


I try to do this and reheating my food it never quite tastes right, it’s dry and hard. Immediately after cooking it’s edible and tastes great even. Idk what I’m doing wrong. Even if this is only half a week of meals it’s the same shit, past one day and it becomes hard to eat and tastes like shit.

I am specifically asking for meal prepping purposes so I don’t have to do that because it’s far more convenient to cook 1-2 times a week and have my meals ready to go. I should be able to just toss them in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and that’s it.

I think you're reheating it wrong. As>>76761630 says. Adding a little water might be enough to solve your problem (idk how much bro sorry, just experiment) or my preferred solution would be to heat it in an air fryer, oven, or even in a skillet on the stove(depending on the dish)
