I think it's cool. They probably leaned a bit too hard into it, though. I'm sure they'll tweak it to deal with readability issues and tone it down a bit where it seems excessive.

A couple of years ago, they had a beta with a super thin font, I forgot which version this was. Anyway, the designers loved it, everyone hated it. So, they increased the font weight significantly before going out of beta.
