I am on Mac already. Does it have any advantages over Safari? Safari has great privacy and private relay is really nice
>>105605204
You can use both extensions from firefox and chrome. I don't think it has that much benefits over safari, except safari won't come to linux, orion will I believe.

the only extension im really missing on safari is auto cookie delete. i think i'd rather have private relay and sacrifice chrome/firefox extension support.

can you whitelist websites though? that's the biggest thing for me. i end up using private mode for websites i dont login in safari and i guess it ends up being better for privacy

I don't see it in native options, I guess you can just use whatever firefox/chrome extension you wanted to. >>105605420
Why? Orion is a genuinely a good browser. Obvisouly it's not foss software, but for profit. They don't sell data but have pricy search engine.
final take. it's cool but safari is better. opened a youtube link and immediately got an ad despite turning on the adblocker. went to deviceinfo.me and it showed me entire specs. used creepjs and it failed.

BigTechs entire business is based on massive data collection. And their promises about "protecting privacy" are LIES. Corpos lie, collect data and they don't care about laws. This is what you are.
Dia is the Microsoft Recall of Web Browsing. Stop sugarcoating it.
