This is the 14b model. The 1.3b model is crazy fast and actually has decent quality for only being 1.3b. There's also a VACE version which is the only version I've seen that doesnt butcher your input image (looking at you FusionX wan) as in it keeps in all of the details, features and lighting. However, 1.3b movement is pretty shit so hoping the 14b will be the one.

Cosmos-Predict2 released a few days ago. The 2B is on par with Flux, the 14B is better than Flux, it's not distilled, and the license allows commercial use. But the median reaction seems to be "omg censored, can't generate porn, slopped outputs, also fuck nvidia" so everyone is ignoring it for some reason.

Just stick NAG node anywhere in between an existing "model" wire, then negative prompt output wire goes into "condition" NAG input, cfg 1, steps 8, causvid v2 at .5 strength and accvid at 1 strength. Could disable teacache, skip layer guidance and torchcompile nodes if you have those enabled.

The midpoint between local generation and paid online generators is renting time from a cloud GPU provider. You'd have to set up the environment but you'd have access to a beefy GPU and, as long as you trust your provider, no censorship.

I just searched for "rent gpu" and one provider is offering a 4090 at $0.35/hr. Plus once you get everything in place you'd probably be able to redeploy it with one click. 12 straight hours of genning for under $5, not a bad deal

3090 with 24GB VRAM and 64GB of RAM. Virtual_vram_gb was set to 10 with the Wan 2.1 720p Q8 GGUF. Increase virtual_vram_gb if you have less VRAM at the cost of using regular RAM and speed.

16gb is the new minimum (intel a770 would be fine for ai, slower but fits bigger models), maybe rtx 5060 ti 16gb is good or maybe if the price difference is big rx 9060 (xt?) 16gb
or an older amd card if the price is good
