>Just sitting on a chair in an office 8 hours a day
>Commuting is just sitting in my car
>Get home
>Feel more tired than I did when I was younger doing physical labor
>No energy for hobbies
>Let alone having any energy for my own project/leetcode to eventually get an even better job
Is that it? Is this what hitting 30 is like? My career is now forever stuck because I didn't grind harder during my 20s?

I started running outside which actually pushes your body. Helps you mentally and burn off all the donuts they feed you in the office.

your energy metabolism adapts to your energy usage
when you're young the gh coursing through your veins keeps your energy usage high but as you get older it's on you to consciously use more energy

This. Work out, do charitable work, fast and pray and all of your problems will go away.

remember to run on soft surfaces like grass or dirt roads
asphalt and concrete will fuck your spine up further down the line

your health is going to be forever stuck if you dont switch careers, sedentary lifestyles put you at high risk for cancer. Whatever you're getting paid right now is not worth it, apply for a local mail job where you walk around delivering mail or packages and quit your office job
